Last week’s experiment was all about proving that you are connected to everything and everyone else in the Universe. This was done by sending a telepathic message to someone and having proof that they received it.
My personal experience with this experiment has worked multiple times over the years and this week was no different. I had success and failure, however, there was one important variable that I realised helped or hindered the experiments’ success and/or failure.
My state of vibrational frequency.
When I was in a state of happiness, was open and receptive, the messages were received easily. When I felt slightly ‘off’, tired or a bit ‘shut down’ the messages were not received. This happened with both parties on both ends.
Funnily enough, one of the people I sent a message to, was my husband. I sent out “I hope you’re well and please bring me a cupcake.” Yes, I had a sweet desire for a moist cake topped with pillows of sugary goodness!! My husband didn’t get the message but funnily enough, the person he was walking beside at the time did!! They pointed out to my husband a stand that had a bounty of beautiful cupcakes on it. My husband smiled and kept walking. Amazing!! I asked him when he got home “Where’s my cupcake?” He looked at me bewildered and told me the story of his work colleague pointing out the cupcake stand. However, even after actually asking in person for the cupcake, I still didn’t get it!! Lol.
I also sent out various messages to other people. Messages like, ‘Call me” and then, five minutes later that person called. They also sent messages throughout the week for me to call them, and I happily obliged, none the wiser!!! Proof found!
This is the last experiment for E-Squared. Next week we start E-Cubed, so make sure you all have your books ready.
Now to this weeks experiment.
We are going to prove that the universe is limitless, abundant, and strangely accommodating. Once again, this is all about what you send out, you receive back. What you see in the world, is what you create in your reality, your beliefs mould your personal experiences. The story you tell is always reflected back at you.
There is an unlimited amount of abundance for every area in your life for everything and for everyone else’s.
Most people in life, believe that life is hard. For those people, life is. It doesn’t have to be that way though. If you feel great, if you believe life is easy and that things come to you in abundant supply, that is exactly what you get. If you think life is hard but if you work hard you can be successful, that is what you’ll get. If you think life is hard, nothing comes to you, you’re striving and struggling to make ends meet, everyone else has more than you…guess what…that is what you’ll get.
“Each and every component that makes up your life experience is drawn to you by the powerful Law of Attraction’s response to the thoughts you think and the story you tell about your life. Your money and financial assets; your body’s state of wellness, clarity, flexibility, size, and shape; your work environment, how you are treated, work satisfaction, and rewards—indeed, the very happiness of your life experience in general—is all happening because of the story that you tell.” Excerpted from Money and the Law of Attraction by Jerry & Esther Hicks
If you want your life to change, you need to change. If you want your life to be easy, believe it is easy. It you want an unlimited supply of happiness, send out happiness. Stop focusing on other people’s misery, on other’s peoples choices, on other’s people’s beliefs. Just concentrate on yourself.
All you have to do is tell a different story, send out positive thoughts, send out positive feelings and appreciate everything around you!!
‘We spend large chunks of our energy worrying and complaining about not getting enough. We don’t have enough time. We don’t get enough exercise or fibre or vitamin E. Our pay checks aren’t big enough. Our weekends aren’t long enough. We, poor things, are not thin enough, smart enough, or educated enough. It never even occurs to us to examine whether this ‘not enough’ mantra is true. It’s so profoundly ingrained that it shapes our deepest sense of who we are. Being deficient has become the lens through which we experience every facet of life.” – Pam Grout E-Squared
Louise L. Hay was one of the pioneers that brought the ‘change your thoughts, change your life’ systems to our modern society. Louise started by affirming and loving herself to change her own life, to get back to good health and to become the abundant, joyful, healthy, loving person she is today. For those starting on this journey, reading “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise L. Hay is a flying start. Esther Hicks is also an advocate for the Law of Attraction. Her books, DVD’s & CD’s bring tears to your eyes and a happy excited outlook on life that debunks the need for scarcity. There are so many awakened people, so many joyful beings here on our planet right now, that are sharing their messages of their success. They are showing the way for each of us to lead a joyful, prosperous life, that to live it any other way now seems ludicrous.
During the experiment, you are going to look at everything around you and be in a constant state of appreciation. If you find it easier, you can keep a diary of all the things you are grateful for. This also counts as finding the positive in every situation. For example, this morning as I sat sipping my tea (that I had just sent love) I noticed that across from me, in my study was a stream of sunlight that was shining directly onto my desk chair. I sat their smiling, thinking how lovely source was to energise my chair before I sat in it to write for the day. Being grateful throughout your day, is like a reminder to be joyful. The more grateful you are, the more joyful you feel, the more joyful you feel, the more you will attract all that you want.
Lab Report Sheet
The Principle: The Fish and Loaves Principle
The Theory: The Universe is limitless, abundant, and strangely accommodating,
The Question: Is my focus on the negative keeping me from seeing reality?
The Hypothesis: If I change my outlook and make a concerted effort to look for goodness, beauty, and abundance, it will show up in spades.
Time Required: 48 hours.
Today’s Date: _______ Time: _______
Number of kind, beautiful, good things:
The Approach: I’ve heard the old adage “What you appreciate appreciates.” So I guess I’ll give it a whirl. Who knows? Maybe expressing gratitude is more than just some mumbo-jumbo Pollyanna/Oprah thing. Willie Nelson, after all, said that when he started counting his blessings, his whole life turned around. Like Willie, I’m ready to bet on the probability of peace, bliss, and joy. Consequently, I will actively seek goodness with a vengeance.
End of Experiment.
I am sure everyone is about to have a wonderful week. Don’t forget, next week we start E-Cubed!
As always, have fun and immerse yourself in joy!!!
